change of address and broadband

Hi ,

I have phoned a few times now to try and actually talk to a customer adviser. I have moved address and need to change it plus chdnge my broadband

@Tracey96  Your post has been removed temporarily as you've posted personal details namely your address details, you should never post personal info in a public forum.

 

You should have booked a home move before it took place as it takes a minimum of 10 working days to connect your broadband at your new address. You may still be able to book it online https://www.sky.com/moving-home

 

If not you'll need to persist in calling.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You need to call Sky to arrange a broadband home move which typically involves a minimum of 2 weeks lead in time.
