Hello, I had my broadband / Wi-Fi box installed by Sky on Monday morning and we were told it would work within 48hrs and it's not yet. I have followed sky tips on resetting, checking it's plugged in correctly etc. but still no luck. I've also tried the checking broadband in your area/through Sky account but it says ' please try again later' and the service doesn't seem to be working... thanks
