Wi-Fi keeps dropping
Wi-Fi keeps getting dropped randomly. Doesn't work on any phone home or even on tv. The diagnostic test returns and no issues found. Although an engineer had visited and fixed a part fibre issue in the building and he had marked it as completed and nothing has been fixed. How do I get this fixed. We end up using mobile data. Sky customer support is non existent

Re: Wi-Fi keeps dropping
Same problem. Had my wifi dropping randomly every other day and Sky says it's always an openreach problem. I think this is the 4th incident we faced last 3-4 weeks and now it just happened again. Sky customer service is non existent

Re: Wi-Fi keeps dropping
@Despair_44 & @MrWifi fixing faults is not always that simple unfortunately as many are intermittent and unless they happen while the engineer is testing the lline it can takecseveral visits often trying different things. Go back to Sky say thecfault is still present so they can try again. .
