Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting randomly
The Wi-Fi keeps cutting out, this has been happening on a regular basis today it has cut out around 10 times which is difficult when we are having to use our mobile data indoors and when we are in the middle of watching tv or working on the laptop and needing the internet. This has been going on for over a month now. Please help!

Re: Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting randomly
My wi-fi is also disconnecting and all Sky have to say is "Technical Fault"on the TV screen which is of no help to me or you or other subcribers. As a subscriber I can do nothing but I don't believe that the excuse "Technical Fault" is true, just sounds good. Just a thought. Is Outreach trying to drum up more business for themselves by creating an issue? After all the hype in persuading me to join, I am not happy with Sky and it's lack of service to subscribers. Nothing I can do my end. No amount of pushing, prodding or making adjustments to my Sky equipment makes any difference to the service I don't receive but still paying for. I will be going somewhere else after my contract ends.
