Openreach visit ed but now still connecting to old router

Hi

Open reach have visted to upgrade my Internet on behalf of sky. I now have now sky channels. The sky is still trying to connect to old WiFi, I have tried searching via the system buly pressing the WiFi symbol on the router as advised by the network tab in settings. The only gives my the old WiFi and says there is not connected. There is no problem with the Internet as I have set my phone upto the new WiFi name. I have also tried switching off the tv, sky and router at the plug for 1 min and still no change.

Which Sky product do you have thats struggling to connect? Sky +, Q, Stream or Glass?

Do you perhaps have any old boosters/extenders that may still be broadcasting your old WiFi networks name?
