Wi-Fi isn’t working, it’s happening all the time day and night. I have tried all troubleshooting

Wi-Fi doesn't work every day at various points, today it's not worked more than it has. It frequently drops out. We work from home and haven't been able to complete work for much of the day and frequently over the last few weeks. We cannot even watch our sky tv as the internet drops out. You have emailed to say you are putting my bill up but I'm not getting what I pay for now.

My sky broadband is exactly the same. It's been weeks of terrible service. Had engineers out and still not resolved.

Join the club if you complain they do everything to get out of it totally unacceptable, also been on my sky app my bb is due for renewal so it asks you to click on their new offer only to be kicked out every time I try to see my new deal ,I don't have time to go on the phone to them so hopefully someone will fix the issue anybody else having same issue?
