No Internet

Whole day I don't have internet, power and WiFi light green, internet dark.

I already  check status in my area(no problem), I done all steps to diagnose my connection and they couldn't help, boy way it's book engineer? I saw few more person have same problem today

@Rob2a Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I already done this but I can book engineer for tomorrow and have to pay extra 15£because off weekend, I don't want to pay if it's not my fault that internet doesn't work

Unfortunately I can book just for tomorrow,  hopefully after midnight I could book something for Monday, but still I staying without internet whole weekend
