So for the last 3 weeks my WIFI has been playing up, but today I can't watch any tv and noting load or I get the spinning thing. I'm really feed up now sky as I pay you a lot of money for a bad service, please fix this or I will cancel after 10+ years.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Charlene86 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. There are many possible reasons for poor speed at your devices. As a first step run the connection test in the My Sky app as thst will test your line and the connection to your devices. Hopefully that will givecan indication of what is wrong.
