I am currently a sky customer using sky glass, broadband, wifi etc. I ordered the new wifi router, selected a specific date for it to be delivered. That date has now passed, so i checked the tracking via dpd and it states the order has 'gone back to sky' ? What should i do? Or do i not need to do anything?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Imlikeabird if you were not around on 3 days when DPD attempted delivery the goods will go back. You will need to contact Sky to get a hub sent out. Check they have the right address if you think DPD did not try to deliver to your address. You can specify a safe place for delivery from the DPD email you get sent when they get your parcel if you are not going to be at home.
