Wi-Fi is really bad

The Wi-Fi keeps dropping out and it's so bad we can't even watch the fire stick or a reel on tiktok without it buffering. It's not acceptable. It's very poor service. Even the checker couldn't complete the checks because it couldn't find the Wi-Fi
