Hi. Yesterday I had an engineer with you because I have a problem with poor internet. He tried to fix. He said they had a little problem on the line and he fixed it. But he also said that my router is to be replaced And he said to contact you. thank you very much

@MarekCz you are contacting Sky by posting in the forum. Sky have a project replacing some older hubs and are contacting customers on batches asking them to swap. Unless you hub is faulty you should wait until Sky contact you -they know what hub you are using.

I am tired to cantact with you. With your virtual service and get through to you too, because it opens an answering machine and asks questions that are not helpful at all and hangs up at the end.
