Sky have a project replacing some older hubs and are contacting customers on batches asking them to swap. Unless you hub is faulty you should wait until Sky contact you -they know what hub you are using.

I am tired to cantact with you. With your virtual service and get through to you too, because it opens an answering machine and asks questions that are not helpful at all and hangs up at the end. That's why I'm writing here to get in touch Contact a real person. I pay for it every month. If something does not work, you should call you and talk to someone without any problems
