Wi-Fi is poor.

We've had Sky Superfast for some time and have the older hub. We've added a Sky booster and have 3 Multi-room mini-boxes. This should give us a reasonable mesh, but our Wi-Fi is poor and unstable. I believe there is now a better Sky hub. Would this be available to us to improve Wi-Fi?

Which hub do you have at the moment? The Sky Broadband hub (SR203) is the the current supplied one for any FTTP products or FTTC with voice over the hub. Otherwise you have to pay an extra monthly subscription.
