Problems with E Mail

Constantly waiting for E Mail to download. Solar Panel battery array Wi Fi very erratic in waking up. Both these issues did not exist under Virgin. Spoke with Sky technician and he blamed Yahoo. But not prepared to get into Ping Pong with them. Any advice please

Its only basic DNS filtering for sites depending on the age category you select so it isnt a security issue to disable it

@Tema8Kaan  The images you posted are not your router stats, as they show your public IP the images can't be shown please follow the steps provided by @jamesn123  to the very end.

Following the instructions didn't work. I got an error message suggesting something wasn't entered right, hence the paste, can you still add anything for me?

Only thing I can suggest is if your using an Apple device then use a different, non Apple device. Sometimes you cant login with Apple devices, or at least using Safari
