I pay for Wi-Fi in all rooms and it's not reliable.
I am currently considering switching if this does not get resolved. I pay for a service which isn't working

You pay (extra) for Sky to attempt to provide wireless coverage if you are subscribed to Broadband Boost or Max. Have you claimed a wireless booster under either of these schemes?

I have paid and got a booster
The service from the Wi-Fi routers has been poor for a number of months now. Today it wasn't consistently connecting in 3 of the rooms!
trying to speak to someone at Sky is impossible so I guess I move 🤷♂️

If you are outside a minimum contract term then that's your choice. Within a term you'll be charged a penalty fee unless you negotiate an exit: WiFi is not guaranteed, despite what the product marketing may appear to suggest.
