Wi-Fi is in

I changed WiFi recently with yourselves and the new WiFi has not worked properly and we don't get any WiFi upstairs now I need Ann engineer to visit to fix

We are not sky here we are just fellow  customers  on here trying  to help each other  you will  need to ring sky about this, you may need a  booster  to help your  signal
