Wi-Fi is being very slow at our house & it disconnects during the day. Work disappears

Wi-Fi is being very slow at our house & it disconnects on & off during the day. This means as working from home we have to repeat during our work into the evening or next day. What can we do?

@appgirl Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
