Home Move booked a month from now - sky say they are stopping broadband today

I have booked a home move through the virtual chat today (23/2), stated the move will happen on the 25th March and want services by 27th March which has been booked in. 

Now recieved an email saying my broadband and talk will stop on 23/2/24 (today), which is clearly never what I wanted!

Is this just them stopping a bill before the move or have they messed up?!

I would give Sky a call as soon as you can to confirm the date as it might be the email is wrong.
