Wi-Fi iPhone issue

Hi, my iPhone shows as connected to my broadband but it cannot connect to basic web pages or download email. How can I fix this please?  Can't seem to report online like before.

No, I've just called sky as constantly using my data and they have booked me an engineer. They can see a Wi-Fi issue but doesn't give the option on how to fix online.
