Our box is connected and showing green lights for everything except 'Internet' and we cannot connect any devices. The WiFi shows as an option on the devices but then says "Action needed, no internet"

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Having the same issue, deives are connected but every 2 minutes it cuts out and comes back. Serivce checker says all is fine but this isn't the case

Hi,
Thanks for your comment but we've tried all these things and it still isn't working. All the links say it's connected fine (which is obviously isn't). My partner and I both rely on this for work as we work from home so getting a bit worried now.

It's so ridiculous, we've done all these links and tests which keep saying it's fine (even though the internet light still isn't on) and we both work from home so it's about to be an even bigger problem tomorrow.

Finally back online .... turns out I need to turn off and unplug the router, the extender, the Q box, and mini boxes, and then plug the router back in first to get the green lights, after which my mobile then connected yay, then I plugged everything else back in and all seems well ... who would have thought the sky box could knock out the internet for all devices in the house!
