Internet drop off issue

All day the internet have dropped off more than it's been on I've done everything from rebooting to implying it all

@Jen109 never give your real name in an internet forum I have asked a forum moderator to change the title.

 

Run the service checcker in the My Sky app ideally using the connection if its connected. That can help identify issues and suggest what to do. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue as it sounds like a line problem which are pretty common following hhe tecent bad weather.
