Wi-Fi drops out and requires router password rather than automatic reconnect

My Wi-Fi signal drops out but doesn't reconnect automatically despite being set up for automatic reconnect on all devices.  This has happened regularly over last few weeks but both router and booster show full green lights. I have carried out diagnostics and signal etc are all good. On each occasion I have to reconnect by entering the router passcode. Please help

@LB57 if you haven't already done so reboot the hub by disconnecting the power for 30 seconds it should clear firmware glitches.

There is a known issue with tge latest white Wifi Max hub losing connection with Sky's Stream/Glass devices which is the process of being addressed with an up date to the device firmware otherwise I don't know of any issue thst can cause the behaviour you report. Wbhat model hub do you have?

Re: Wi-Fi drops out and requires router password rather than automatic reconnect

Thanks Chrisee,

Would you believe that it hasn't dropped out in the last 3 days so I've been reluctant to tempt fate so to speak. However, if it happens again, I'll definitely try your suggestion.
 Many thanks for your help.
