I have a problem with the Wi-Fi device, I think it's due to an issue with the power cable.

@Avi5 if you mean the Sky hub give Sky a call and they will send out a new hub with cables. You can then swap over the dodgy mains lead and return the new hub with the old cable in the box provided. Sky includexa return label.
