Wi-Fi device cannot access Ethernet device
Hi,
I have the SR203 hub and I have a synology NAS connected to the router Ethernet.
from my PC I can webbrowse to the NAS settings but from a phone on the WiFi it just times out.
has anyone seen issues with WiFi devices not being able to communicate with Ethernet device not using port 80?

Re: Wi-Fi device cannot access Ethernet device
@tobym How are you browsing, and by which protocol are you trying to do the same. Have you also tried another wireless wi-fi connected device to see if it is only a phone issue!

Re: Wi-Fi device cannot access Ethernet device
@tobym Take you have changed the dhcp scope on the sky hub to match that IP range!

Re: Wi-Fi device cannot access Ethernet device
I have a custom port, could be a phone issue with this router.
working from a laptop on the wifi.
Not keen on this new SR203 FTTP router. All the custom stuff I had setup pre fibre install is having issues now. But I need to keep the landline part so I'm kinda stuck at the moment

Re: Wi-Fi device cannot access Ethernet device
@tobym Port forwarding and the uPnP work really well on the SR203 hub so surprised you are having issues with it. What were you using before the Sky Hub!

Re: Wi-Fi device cannot access Ethernet device
I had extracted the connection details from my old broadband hub and have been using an Archer VR600 as a replacement. nothing to major on the router, vpn dyndns, guest wifi, Mac reservations, WOL the ability to administer the NAS from the phone browser is a deal breaker. No clue why that would only work from pc's with the sr203.
