Broadband failure
My broadband has not been working for over five days and I would like to claim compensation

Auto compensation is paid up to 30 day after the fault has been fixed per the link below

Have you run the online tests to see if there is an external fault or even reported to Sky because if there is an issue somewhere then this needs to be fixed by compensation can be applied to your account.
