WiFi in the loft

My WiFi is always disrupted at creations times and devices go off especially it reaching to the loft . We need an engineer to looks at this

Could you please clarify what you mean by 'creations times'? 

As for devices going off when you reach your loft, this is likely just a range issue. If you have a converted loft its more than likely you need a booster to cover it. Provided its a proper conversion thats been boarded with a proper staircase then it should be covered under the WiFi guarantee which can be found here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wifi-guarantee
