I was watching Netflix tonight and my connection dropped. I cannot get reconnected and all tests are saying there is no issue but there is no Wi-Fi connection. Help! Nothing I've tried is working

WiFi been dropping off all night. Mini boxes not connecting either.

Wi-Fi been dropping out all day and now my mini box won't work saying I have no internet connection and none of the kids have Wi-Fi also checker saying there isn't a problem showing, rechecked five times still saying the same but still don't have any internet, it has been shocking for most of the year if I'm honest and upgraded to 500 ultra plus thinking this would help this is the third time the internet had gone down for around 12+ hours so I dont expect this to be resolved anytime soon as I waited 4 weeks with no internet for them to fix an issue previously I'm basically throwing my money away. Been with sky 15ish years and the past 2 years have been the worst experience with the service I've had so far, £150+ a month and can't even watch TV or even my recordings on a Saturday night how does that work, I'm fuming to be fair

Yes I have the same problem I live in south london and the WiFi has dropped I have no internet since 10pm. The same happened yesterday also.
if everyone else is having the same issue it must be a problem from sky surely.

Still the same. Done the unplug disconnect reconnect stuff, checked numerous times and they say everything good at my end. Utter rubbish, Think that checker thing is just going to tell you all is good whether it is it not,
