Wi-Fi connection issues

Over the last few days I've noticed our WiFi in the house been slower than normal.  The firestick streaming pauses and needs to  buffer on the same device etc we used for ages.

web browsing on my iPhone 13 is slow to load when it wasn't a couple of days ago.

Ive run the tests through your app.  I've also used a speed test app your team have told me to download previously when we had issues.  That tells me twice this evening we are only getting .....

download of 17.6

upload of 18.9

so this is well below the expected speed and the minimum speed promised of 50.

we haven't moved the rooter or anything in its place.

Yes, as it's Christmas the kids are off school so home more but this is still slow compared to a usual weekend when they'd be at home anyway.

the rooter itself is a 3-4 years old so not sure if that's possibly part of the problem or not.
