Personally named wifi not working
I seemed to lose all lights on the wifi router and when it restarted and all lights went to green i couldnt connect to the mt named wifi. I had originally set up my own wifi name and it wouldnt connect to that however the Sky wifi channel on the router does work (the channel listed on the back of the router). All my appliances are connected to the personally named wifi channel - how can i connect to this? When i try to connect it just says unable to connect - i have tried forgetting network and joining again but doesnt work. Help please

Re: Personally named wifi not working
If none of your devices see the SSID being broadcast then that suggests it doesn't exist anymore: possibly the restart was actually a reset to default configuration.

Re: Personally named wifi not working
As above, it sounds like the Hub has factory reset itself rather than just restarting. In which case you'll need to set up the SSID & password as you did previously. You can do that in the app.
