Since the new year started, the connection to the wifi has been getting gradually slower, we've been getting around 1mbps when we're paying for around 30mbps. I've unplugged the router for a while and plugged it back in, moved it, reset it and yet nothing has worked. I've tried to diagnose it on the sky website and the website recognises an issue and prompts me to fix it, and when I press fix, it says it's fixed when it hasn't.
