No internet

We are having the same issue again that we have had several engineer visits for already. Wifi connected without internet. It periodically happens, for example yesterday at 13:15-13:30 and again at 14:10 then today at 11:00am and again at 11:45 Resetting and switching on/off do not resolve it. The internet light is off but power light on. I work from home and this is affecting my work
