Connect BT Wi-Fi extender

I have moved to sky and am trying to reconnect a BT Wi-Fi extender. The instructions are telling me to go to http://192.168.1.1 but despite using mobile and pc, different browsers it's not letting me connect. Help please.

@TraceyT2  Sky hubs use 0.1 and not 1.1
