Re: Wi-Fi buffers
@laighla2010 if its the wifi signal from your Sky hub to your device there is little Sky can do as they cannot control the layout, type of construction or the amount of interference in your home, its largely down to you. If the device works normally most of the time but has started buffering its likely to be due to interference from another wifi network - wifi conditions vary unfortunstely. Restarting your hub msy nelp as thst causes the unit to find the least congested wifi channel.
Skybare responsible for the speed of the line to your hub you cancheck the recent history of thst in the My Sky app or website by running the connection test if thst is lower than the guaranteed speed then if the app doesn't offer getting an engineer to check the line give Sky a call. However if that is normal Sky cant do much except sell you more stuff.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
