Really feel ripped off, been having problems with the internet for months, was talked into having fiber fitted which I did , the signal is stronger but still cuts out most days for an hour or two , I've had enough to be honest, it's not cheap I can hardly afford it as it is , absolute garbage I'll try and call again tomorrow, I've told everyone I know how bad sky is and to not bother with it ,

Find out more@771166 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and frankly threats are pointless as unless you are in the 31 day cooling off period ir are out of the 18 month fixed term period you will be charged cancellation fees if you move. Added to which if it iis a line issue and you move to another isp using the same line guess what the fault comes with you.
