Wi Fi & broadband

Since we moved from BT to sky with the broadband my Wi Fi is poor & we do not get a

good phone signal in the house

Phone signal has nothing to do with your broadband, thats down to your carrier.

As for the WiFi being poor, has the Sky broadband hub been placed in the same location as your old BT hub? Did you have any boosters/mesh devices with BT that you dont have with Sky anymore?

yes we had a booster with bt

@Colin203 If you required to use a booster when you had the BT system, then you sure would need similar using sky, wi-fi only goes so far and after that booster's are required to extend the signal further!
