Wi-Fi always off every 3 hours

Im starting to get at my wits end wigh my sky contract and think it's time that I cancel and switch to another provider 2 boxes have been sent out to my house and now the issue is still continuing and nothing ever gets resolved... it has to be a line issue which someone please needs to come and look at as this is becoming a huge problem i pay a lot of money a month when in Reality I could just pay Wi-Fi somewhere else but chose sky in hopes that others issues wouldn't happen to myself im

not satisfied wigh my contract the speeds are not up to date, checked Wi-Fi on sky app said was on, the switch wasn't even on at the wall it's all waffle

@Rb541 the onlinectests runs at set times which is why you can get a  result when the unit is turned off it simply when the test last ran it was on.

You do not give details of your issue so it is difficult to advise.  Is the issue w ith the broadband connection dropping ie lights onnthe hub change see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start or some devices runiing slow and disconnecting while others stay connected? Different issues require different solutions. Sky often replace the hub when it is not clear what the isdue is. The more drtail you can givecthe better the chance it can be sorted.

The two lights go orange every couple hours mate 2nd light and last light of the 4 lights go orange for ages and then goes back to normal every 3 hours it seems
