Re: Wi‑Fi Keeps Dropping on Apple Devices — DNSFailureRecovery Issue
@MJ87 many people leave Sky mid-contract but unless Sky release them from contract they have to pay a cancellation fee as exolained here. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/charges-for-ending-your-sky-contract-early
If you have a fault with your broadband service that Sky cannot resolve and you make a complaint Sky or the independent arbitrstion service often will waive the cancellation fee. See How to make a Sky complaint | Sky Help | Sky.com
Also many ISPs offer a deal where they will, cover cancellation costs if customers switch to them.
However the issues you describe is not likely to be caused by the broadband connection as such unless the hub is losing its connection to the exchange.. What happens to the lights on your hub when a device loses its connection? See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
