Why no WiFi again

My WiFi stopped working last Friday night. This was fixed around Sunday lunch time. It then stopped working again Sunday evening, was fixed Monday during the day. It then went off again Monday evening and was fixed today. It has now gone off again. Please can you fix this so it works consistently. I did get a prompt message from Sky saying my mobile data was running out but that was only because of Sky. When it is fixed please let me know what compensation you will be offer and reinstate my mobile data. Thank you

You are not talking to Sky here as this is a community where customers help each other so try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
