Why is my device isn’t good connection?

Not sure how to go about resolving this as it only seems to be my device that is suffering from dropping connection and terribly slow WiFi.

Usually happens when your using the device in a poor WiFi coverage area. Do you use the device in a different place to most other devices?

We have a booster in the house too. There were problems before a technician came to move our router but it moved a metre or two and now anywhere in the house my device has poor connection and drops off
