Why do I have to connect every day?

I shouldn't have to reconnect to my router every day and it's becoming a joke. Every time I play online with PS4 during the first game it will freeze and as soon as I go to my sky Q box it has lost its connection. Daily task if I want to play online! Even when connected, emails don't load. I have to turn my mobile network on to get them or load websites! Regretting changing from Virgin now!
