I pay for 500 speed I only get. Up to 60 speed. Except Wen I call sky then mysteriously it goes up to 400 plus

Do U think I'm being scammed by sky i rang them up and 3 times they lost connection with me ...

One time they were offering me a better deal then rang off.

Is anyone else suffering from the same thing

Are you checking speed over ethernet cable or WiFi?
