Engineer failed to show

Engineer never showed to repair my WiFi. It has been running slow since an engineer was out on the 8th seltrmber. Need another engineer visit scheduled.

@Marcr2007 You need to call sky again and keep going that route, as you will have a recorded fault that they can see, just be prepared to test again with them!
