Why I'm on mobile network despite being at home?
Hello sky community why I'm on mobile network despite being at home. I'm about 2 metres away from the hub! I've reset my network connection. Maybe you advise something else.

If the external broadband circuit to your address has failed then that's inevitable. The first thing to try is the service checker in the My Sky app.
