Good morning. Since I've had a sku broadband I keep having issues with it. I have to disconnect my phone most of the times to even check my Facebook or search something on google. It's really frustrating as I'm paying £45 for this and my broadband works fine only 20% from the whole day. I'm thinking to leave sky because of that as I think it's not fair to get charge for something faulty. When testing speed etc everything looks decent, but in practice is not as good. I need this to be resolved asap or I will cancel the contract and go somewhere else.
