Can anyone tell me if sky utilize city fibre ?

@Rd-j They have recently signed up to the CityFibre network. Do Sky currently provide a broadband service to you?

Since earlier this year, yes.
The vast majority of six million Sky Broadband customers are on the national Openreach copper and optical network though: CityFibre might represent some thousands at this point.
