Not happy at all with WiFi service

Hi,

We have Sky 'plus' and have an Ethernet cable plugged into our tv and firestick and yet 85% of the time our WiFi is not up to scratch and we cannot stream on one device. We turn the WiFi off our phones this makes no difference.
We have spoken on the phone to Sky multiple times and have had an engineer out recently and the issues seem even worse. We are really unhappy and cannot believe we are paying for this service.
is there anything you can actually do to help? Our service checker always says everything is okay. At the moment we just want to cancel, we will not be paying any cancellation fees as we already feel we have been ripped off, and move to one of your competitors

Please get back to me with a way forward

Thanks

Ryan

@Rpdnnlly  You will have to call Sky to discuss adding boosters if your wifi signal is poor.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

@Rpdnnlly  Wifi issues and Broadband issues are 2 seperate things, what your describing is poor wifi in the home, this does not mean your broadband service is at fault.  Have you tried the steps here to inprove your internal wifi signal?  Improve the WiFi signal to your devices | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Sky+ is an obsolete satellite television platform.  Do you perhaps mean Ultrafast Plus?
