White router

Hi. I'm due scheduled for fibre 100 upgrade in October. 
At the moment I have black router. Can you give me white router please so it can match my home decor?

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself you would need to call sky about this

So did they send the white router to match the furniture ?

No they can't change to white router because it's different source. My is superfast. The white ones are gigabytes and more. Not suitable for my broadband.
