I updated my broadband to Full Fibre 300 and on the MySky app it says it's active but my speed is still 100 and I can't find an explanation or info about when will it switch to the new package. Can someone help please?

Are you in the uk and do you already have an openreach ont installed?

I upgraded it yesterday. I am in the UK and everything should be installed I believe. I've had Full Fibre 100 for a couple of months now but it was too slow so I upgraded yesterday for full fibre 300, in the app it says active but new price doesn't show on my future bill and speed it still the same.

Normally it would update the same day but if the speed hasn't updated by this evening drop us a wee message here

It got finally upgraded! I guess there was a delay. My bills didn't update yet but I guess they will in time. Internet is now running good. I tested it through the app where it was showing 100 mb/s, but now it's 300 as it's supposed to be. Online meetings are running great now 🙂
