When will my new Sky Hub be dispatched? Engineer is due to attend next week on 28 March 2025

Hello

I ordered Sky Full Fibre early in February and your engineer is due to attend next week on 28th March.

After checking the tracking status online there is no dispatch date for the new Hub and I wanted to check when this will be sent?

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

Hubs are normally dispatched via Royal Mail in the UK to arrive a day or two before the activation date.

I tried to get a live chat with Sky Customer Services or find an appropriate answer on their website but they simply redirected me to this forum 🤷🏻‍♂️
