When I phone using landline the WiFi goes off

Having trouble with my landline. When I phone on an outgoing or receive an incoming call the line is very crackley. Also when I use the landline my WiFi goes off and the orange light on my sky Q hub flashes, it comes back on whilst on the phone and then drops again when I hang up. Any idea?

What sort of internet connection do you have?

If you are on adsl or fttc it could be a faulty filter, do you have any spare ones to swap it out with?
