What’s app not connecting

 My whatsapp on mobile keeps on saying connecting but doesn't connect at all. Can't send or receive messages or calls.

@Whatsup it is possible that your Sky Broadband Shield settings are blocking the traffic. The account holder can change these in the My Sky app on the Product Settings page. By default new connections are set to 13.
